The image browser is the heart of cam2pc: from it, you can access every single function of cam2pc.
| All the basic functions you may need to edit your pictures are available: resize, convert, rotate (lossless JPEG rotations are supported), batch renaming and much more! Most of these features work in batch mode meaning that you can run them on mulitple images at the same time.
While the thumbnails view allow a quick glance at the medias located in a folder, the details view is aimed at the digital photography enthusiast: it allows you to quickly review all the shooting parameters of your camera as stored by your camera in the EXIF data. Movies are seamlessly integrated into cam2pc. They can be played fullscreen but you can also trim them, rotate them and even convert them to other formats including DivX™ without requiring any knowledge about video editing!  EXIF metadata are one of the core elements of digital photography: cam2pc fully supports them for a great variety of camera makers and even allows you edit some of the fields. cam2pc is even able to take advantage of this data and for instance, automatically rotate your pictures based on the data stored by your camera. |
