pisaver stuck in a rut...

Hi Nabocorp

I had picsaver on my old 'puter and loved it. Now I've re-installed it and have a problem...

I have nearly 1800 images in MyDocuments but picsaver keeps showing the same 12 or so, over and over.

Any advice? :?:

Thanx

Strange. Did you download the latest version? Starting with 1.1 there is something to ensure that picsaver does not show the same picture twice before showing all the pictures.

hi nabo...

i downloaded the version from your website just the other day --
v. 1, 2, 1, 0 ...

now for the really dumb question: how do i get to the settings of picsaver? i found picsaver.scr on c:windows: , but how do i adjust time, folder, etc?

NEVER MIND>>> i found the problem.... i had picsaver set for the MyDocuments folder, which has about 40 subfolders... picsaver was showing only those images outside of any subfolders but within MyDocuments -- the ones i hadn't sorted and filed yet.

so picsaver doesn't open folders within folders?

still, i love your program.

thanx

If you go to your Display properties in the Control panel then to the Screen Saver tab. There picsaver should be selected in the list of screensavers. Click the Settings button and make sure "Recursive" is checked.
