I have over 170000 pictures in a folder. Can picsaver handle so many pictures?

Also, an option to show the file name and location would be nice.

About the 170000 pictures, picsaver should handle this. Maybe the start time will be a bit longer than usual but it should be ok.

For the filename and location I'll think about this in a future release.
