GRAPHIC NOISE in version 1.3.1

Hi,

This new version (1.3.1) of picsaver DOES support .GIF files, BUT has a REAL BAD problem with graphic noise in the background -- so bad, in fact, that my computer crashes when it sleeps. Please note that I never had this problem before, even with earlier versions of picsaver.

Please Fix!! :o)

I am running windows 98SE on 1.6 Ghz P4
