Once I get to the wizard where it's checking for my camera, I push the start button and it locks up (not responding) everytime. Any suggestions?

It locks up when looking for a Sierra Imaging camera? What is your camera?

It's a Sony Mavica CD 3.3 Mega Pixel. And yes you're correct. That's exactly when it locks up.

I therefore guess the Mavica does not appear as a removable. It may be not compatible with cam2pc... As far as the download part is concerned. The wizard only configures the download part so you can safely skip it. However I doubt you will be able to use cam2pc to download pictures.
