Registering shareware version

I\'m currently playing around with cam2pc and like what I see so far. However reading this forum, it seems that if I pay to register then I\'m unlikely to get my registration key to unlock the full functionality after the 30 days trial has expired. Is the reg key totally dependent on nabocorp sending one after the payment? Am I wasting my time looking at this since I can only use it for 30 days?
