Rotate problem

Hello,

I have a CASIO QV-2900UX, and I was thrilled to find your software. I have one minor problem, though. When I rotate images 90° CW (right) or 180° (left or right), a vertical stripe of left-most pixels (about 16 wide) gets moved to the right side of the image. Strangely, this does not happen when the original image is rotated 90° CCW (left). The problem occurs whether I rotate images 90° CW or 270° CCW (resulting in the same image).

Is this a problem with my camera? I have tried cam2pc on 2 different machines, and it behaves the same way. However, I have not seen any other similar posts on this board.

I would be happy to send you several images to illustrate the problem.

I sent a sample photo some time ago. Have you discovered the problem yet. As I said before, I think this is an excellent piece of software. But, for me, it exhibits this one, tiny (but noticeable) flaw.

I have the same problem. I use cam2pc Version 3.1 on Windows XP Professional. I have a Fuji Finepix 601 Zoom.

Do you have a solution for this problem now?

Thanks from Germany

I also have the same problem. I use a HP C200 and cam2pc V 3.1 on Windows XP Home.

With that bug you can't use cam2pc to rotate images. Do you have a fix for this problem now?

I have just tried with Hp M407 and Camp2Pc could not rotate loseless.
Is that caused by HP's looser jpg or is it a newer jpg format?

I bought your software because it is really very well designed. And it has all functions i need, really i would not need much more functions but an optimized image downloader: for example rotating a picture should be possible also because of EXIFImageWidth and EXIFImageHeight - if width is smaller than Height there should be an option to rotate it left or right.
