Minor bug in Spanish translation (version 4.5)

firstly I must say that I love cam2pc. It's the easiest and the most friendly program I have ever used for managing my photos.
I've found a minor bug in the translation to Spanish. In File menu, the first option Run Image Downloader... is translated as Descargar imágenes de la camera.... Camera is not a correct word in Spanish, so it should be Descargar imágenes de la cámara....
