no Thumbnails at MOV

I work with the version 4.5. (shareware edition).
The programm stand still when these must create thumbnails from MOV which created with Panoramasoftware (Panoramstudio). With all other MOV I have no problems. CAM2PC plays the Panoram-MOV correct after the Double-click.
