Russian translation has been unavailable for download quite a long time already. Please let me know if assistance is needed!

Hello,
we are more than reluctant to make the russian version available because of the high level of piracy: I had more than 20,000 downloads in the same day of the russian version (along with as many downloads of the shareware setup) and got near to 0 registrations from russian people.
Do not know why I would pay for bandwith for people to pirate my stuff. If you find me a good reason (a good reason being around 200 russian registrations) then I might consider putting the russian translation back.
In the meantime, if the official translator is OK, I might only deliver the russian patch to registered users who ask for it.
