Taking pictures from a slideshow

Stupidly by mistake I have deleted the folder of orginal pictures from which I created the slideshow. Is there anyway I can get the photographs back from the slideshow??
Each time I attempt to stop the slideshow using escape or any other key I only get the nabocorp about screen. If I could manually move through each picture I could right click and save each picture in turn.
I am using the full paid for version of Cam2Pc..........
