Hi,

I use the last release 4.4.2 of cam2pc (XP Pro SP1) and I've seen something very strange while downloading pictures from my camera (FUJI S602 Zoom).

Before downloading, if a see EXIF informations of a picture, the QUALITY is set as "FINE" (in the "Maker Notes" section, either in the EXIF panel or in the EXIF window (CTRL+E)),
But after downloading, this property is altered (sometimes, not for all pictures !) and the value can be for example "²'Ç$#è" or completely erased

While I download a batch of pictures, some pictures are altered, but some others not !

If I try to download again the same pictures from the same CF card, data are not altered the same way !

Note : While downloading, "Artist" and "Copyright" are set !

Hi,

just for information: I have the same problem (also Fuji S602Z). I haven't noticed it before, but did a quick check just now. It seems to only affect very few pictures though (maybe 1 of 20) in my case. Strange...

This is fixed and will included in an upcoming 4.4.3. I have also fixed a decoding issue: you may notice that for instance the FlashStrength tag reads a nonsense value. This is fixed also.
