I've noticed that whenever I install (or update) Cam2PC, it asks me which file types I'd like to associate with. Personally, I don't want any of my image types associated with cam2pc, so I always have to untick these. Would it be possible to either:

1) make the installer remember previous answers to the questions
OR
2) provide select/deselect all buttons
OR
3) make updates not need to run the installation program (ie silent update, no questions asked)
