Hello, I think in cam2pc it does not exist the possibility of listen sound annotations recorded with the camera and stored inside the jpg file.

It could be a good feature to to that.

Thanks and again, congratulations for this very good software ; )

Angel.

at least with my Canon camera, the sound annotations are downloaded, properly renamed and stored as wav-files in the directory along with the pictures by cam2pc.
They just don't show up in the image browser of cam2pc. You can try to open your pictures folder with the windows explorer and check if the annotations are there.

Maybe this would be a new feature idea for cam2pc to recognize if a picture has a associated sound-file, display some sort of sound icon and give the user the possibility to play it (in fullscreen view and in the browser)?

CU,
Tom

Ok, in my camera the sound is not saved as a separated wav file, but joint with the image file as part of the exif information (or probably, not the exif, but another kind of marker...).

Regards.

Camera: HP photosmart 720.

Sound annotations should definitly be included in cam2pc. This will not be in 4.4 so in a next version.

angel6700 can you send me a sample please? I find it quite strange to include the sound in the EXIF data.
