I'm used to the older versions of Cam2PC starting minimised when Windows starts. When my DV cam is connected, the still images were automatically transferred to their correct location.

With the latest version, the Image Browser starts automatically and if I close it, so does the Downloader thus the images are not automatically transferred from the DV cam.

How can I get the downloader to start automatically on Windows startup, minimised (invisible)?

go to Options, Windows Integration and click Start with Windows.

I've already done that. And then, when windows starts up, the browser starts FULL SCREEN.

I don't want to see ANYTHING when windows starts up.

So how do I do this?

Hum then this is a bug... In that case uncheck the option. In the cam2pc program group in the Start menu there is an icon called "cam2pc - Tray icon". Simply copy it in your Startup menu and it should be OK!
