optionally show picture name and number

I'd like to have cam2pc shown the name of the actual picture on the upper left corner. In addition to that it would be good to (optionally, of course) show the number like (5/100). This way I can imagine how long it'll take to show the remaining pictures or whether I'd have to skip some.

Hello,
just press I or right-click and then Info Display in full-screen viewer to get the name. The 5/100 is not available yet.

All right. That's enough for the beginning and I see that it's saved between sessions so that I don't have to activate it again and again.
