I'm new to this forum an to cam2pc as well... :D
I'm trying it as I was looking for a software that auto-rotate my pictures based on the EXIF info (I have a Canon 300D/Digital Rebel) JUST AS I look at them!!! I'm not talking about "real" (and saving) modification like the Shift-T Auto-Transform feature does...
Is it possible? Does it will be ever included in a future release?

...the problem is that as I have a 1GB CF and I'm not going to move the pictures from it but as I view the picture (and rotate it to saw it on the right way) my camera says "Unknown JPG format", really annoying.

no there is no such option in cam2pc now. Maybe in a next version.
