Ignore already copied files

I just try this tool, but one thing I miss:
I have some old files on the picture-card on the camera, and every time I connect the camera, I have to overwrite (take time to copy) the picture again or they "No" (don't copy to disk) to every existend picture.
Isn't it possible to say: Copy only the new files which not already exists on the PC ?
Maybe my mistake and I don't see this feature ....
