cam2pc download dropdown

I have a problem with cam2pc image downloader.
uder How there are just two choices "Keep directory structure" and "Flatten directory structure" How can I get the third choice of " Let me select the images to transfer
At present I can only transfer ALL of the camera images.

This 3rd choice is only in the Shareware version.
