cam2pc as part of zip

I am a main guy behing the project called FinePix S5000 Portal at http://www.s5000.net
I am creating a ZIP file that would contain freeware software, Photoshop actions and other helpful tools for S5000 camera from Fuji.
I would be interested in adding cam2pc as one of the software that would be included there, but I wouldl ike to ask for permission first.
The ZIP file would be available only at my site.
The reason why I am interested in adding this great software is because I believe it is the best picture download software out there and would perfectly fit S5000 Tool package.
