When opening (double clicking in explorer) an image in fullscreen mode it opens the picture and then always shows a dialog box that tells me that rightclicking gives me more option.

Question: How do I turn off the diaolog box?

There should be a small option box in the lower left corner of this message. Check it and the message should not appear again.
