Using cam2pc version 4.0 I am unable to bring up the picture editing feature. If I click to use Irfanview as my editor, it keeps wanting to load Irfanview on my computer, but I can't use it to edit my pictures. What am I doing wrong?

The main task of Irfanview is not editing picture so when it is launched with a filename it's default mode is not to edit a picture but do something else. It would be the same with cam2pc: if you give it a file it will display it full screen. There is nothing you can do about it.
