Hello to all,

today my new digi-cam arrived.

Canon SX 20 IS.

It's a wonderful camera. :D

When I take a movie in (16:9 format in HD quality) it will not be downloaded by Cam2Pc. Its a normal MOV-file. :(

What did I wrong? What is wrong with Cam2Pc?

Need help.

I have the same problem, my alreday stored .MOV Files are not played, the screen remains black.

Because this Q is from Sept 2009 there should be a solution already.

Can anybody help me?
