Advanced Renaming: Add EXIF-Comment?

Hello,

I just registered cam2pc after trying it for a while. I really like it. I have one question:

I want to:
1. download my pictures
2. to be prompted for comments which are added as exif comments to the file instantly and
3. have the files renamed to date-comment.jpg format.

The problem is, in the "Options / File Renaming"-dialogue I can't select EXIF-comments anywhere. Or did I just not see it? Same thing for the "Advanced renaming" in the Image Browser.

Hello Holger,

I only have the freeware edition and I don't know whether your request is implemented in the shareware version. In case of renaming files you will be prompted to enter a comment which will be added to your filename in respect to your renaming options (%P...).

This comment will not be stored into the EXIF area of the file, maybe because the edit functionality is disabled in the freeware version.

this will be included in version 4.1. But of course you will be prompted for each picture so it may take some time to transfer all your pictures...
