Hi!

I have a problem with downloading images from my Canon A60. It says "Downloading IMG_1234.JPG" but then stores the file as "MG_1234.JPG". It cuts off the first character. This also happens to whatever name I set in rename options. :(

Hello,

this problem seems to happen with some users using Canon camera. In fact this is from version 3.1... I have never succeeded in reproducing it so it is very hard for me to fix it. If ever I come across the bug I'll surely fix it.

BTW, with 4.0.1 and my digital ixus ii, the option to rename files when downloading them also does not work and the described strange filenames come up.
