I\'m hoping that someone can tell me where to find the free version of cam2pc that was immediately before version 4.6.

I am running Windows ME on this PC and 4.6 won\'t work. I have been using the previous version(s) for quite some time and I made the mistake of upgrading when there was nothing in the upgrade that I needed! (Duh!) I only use it to copy the files from the media card and to rename them, but it does-- did a great job of that!

The problem relates to missing export user32.dll:SetLayeredWindowAttributes. I found it discussed here: http://www.powerbasic.com/support/forum ... 05095.html. It has something to do with using dynamic linking versus static linking.

But hey, Microsoft doesn\'t support Windows Me and I certainly don\'t expect anyone else to. But I would like to find the previous version of cam2pc-free.exe, if at all possible...

the Canon package has not changed between 4.5.x and 4.6.x. You should therefore be able to use the same package.
