my NIKON Coolpix 4300 is connected to a USB hub (4 connectors). trouble is cam2pc does not recognize my camera so that I am missing nice features of this software such as downloading images etc.

what can be done for fixing this problem ...... btw, i have tried all options the wizard provides (sierra chip, usb etc.)

Set 'mass storage' transfer protocol in camea settings menu.
