how to set file date/time = creation date/time on transfer?

I'd like to have the file date/time of every picture set to its creation date/time. what I get instead is files timestamped with the transfer time.
did I overlook sth? (cam2pc 3.12, no directory creation, no renaming, rotation as only action)
