I have just tried to update to 4.6 but nothing loads now, I just get the message:
The CAM2PC.EXE file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL: SetLayered Windows Attributes.
Where has the DLL file gone and how can it be loaded?
I use Windows 98 SE
